Melon Basket Course 1-4pm Saturdays 3rd August 2019
A melon basket is a ‘constructed frame’ basket. This course will take you through each stage in four sessions over 6 weeks, providing you time to work at home to complete each stage. There is immense satisfaction in turning plant fibres into a useful and attractive basket. It is an opportunity to learn how to harvest and utilise a variety of plant materials which are commonly available in many gardens, if not yours then perhaps your neighbour’s.

Information will be provided in the first class, however students are welcome to contact Caroline before the course commences with any questions or suggestions regarding materials.
