These terms and conditions set out all the terms of agreement, in relation to the distribution, sale and purchase of works and services, provided by Caroline Hawkins. Caroline Hawkins confirms that the creation and ownership of all works and services are authorised to be provided and sold on behalf of Caroline Hawkins.

All statements and information made about works and services are subject to Caroline Hawkins as to the authenticity, attribution, description, date, age, provenance, title or condition of these works and service. The Copyright law of Australia defines the legally enforceable rights to creators of artistic works and services under Australian Law.
Caroline Hawkins is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.
What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers.This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including by telephone, by email, via our website www.carolinehawkins.com.au and from third parties. WORKSHOPS
Workshop Cancellation Policy for Hirers
- Cancellation seven days before workshop date, no charge incurred.
- Cancellation within seven days 50% of tuition fees incurred.
- Caroline Hawkins reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient numbers. If the workshop is cancelled you will be entitled to a 100% refund, or you may choose to transfer to another date, subject to availability.
- If you decide to withdraw 7 or more days prior to the workshop date Caroline Hawkins will offer the option to choose another date or a refund minus a 5% administration fee.
- If you decide to withdraw less than 7 days prior to the workshop date 50% refund is available, but your place can be transferred to another person.
- During workshops, photographs or recordings may be taken and by attending, you consent to be photographed or recorded and having your photos or recordings used for Caroline Hawkins promotional purposes only. Exclusion in photographs is by request of the student.
- All services provided by Caroline Hawkins are subject to the legal requirements of Australian Consumer Law (2010).
- Caroline Hawkins is not liable for any changes in price on services that have not already been purchased by the customer.
- Upon completion of any workshops undertaken as a service, an invoice will be issued which must be paid within 7 days after the completion of these services.
Artwork Refunds Policy
- Caroline Hawkins Returns and Refunds Policy is subject to Australian Consumer Law (2010).
- Under the conditions of the Australia Consumer Law (2010), change of mind refunds will not be accepted.
- Commissions or pre-created works will not be refunded under any circumstances unless damage to works has been incurred through packaging or process of delivery.
- All works provided by Caroline Hawkins are subject to the legal requirements of Australian Consumer Law (2010).
- Caroline Hawkins is not liable for any changes in price on works and services that have not already been purchased by the customer.
- Caroline Hawkins is not liable for any damages to works made by the customer or other third party subsequent to the delivery of works. Customers may request repairs to damaged works; however, the customer will incur the full payment of repairs subject to the aforementioned conditions.
- For commissions, a brief and contract agreement will be issued between Mollie Vaughan Studio and the client (including deadlines).
- A 50% deposit will be paid upfront for the commencement of the commission piece.
- The final 50% to be paid upon the delivery of the final work.

- Caroline Hawkins is covered by the Australian Copyright Act (1968). All works are owned by Caroline Hawkins; by agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or exploit any portion of works or services created and owned by Caroline Hawkins after purchase.
- Caroline Hawkins holds the right to any changes of works and services, as it is the intellectual property of Caroline Hawkins and is not liable for any changes that occur subsequent to the sale of these works or services.
- Caroline Hawkins also reserves the right to intellectual ownership of works prior to sale. Any works that are distributed through other platforms (including online and social media) are covered by the Australian Copyright Act (1968)- right of attribution, and as such, must be credited (and with appropriate links if it applies) to Caroline Hawkins.
