Once payment has been received we will send confirmation of your place on the retreat along with a request for further details such as dietary requirements and whether there is someone you would like to share a room with.

What to bring:
Clothing appropriate for spending time outdoors and to suit all weather conditions; sunscreen, hat, raincoat and warmer clothing for the evenings. Comfy clothing for movement sessions.
Camera or phone camera for photographing your artworks

Booking terms:
All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated
Accomodation will be in shared twin-bed rooms. Inherent to your booking is your consent to sharing a room. If your preference is for a room to yourself please enquire here for availability and additional costs.
Payment in full for a confirmed place on the retreat.
Should our minimum numbers not be reached and we are unable to hold the weekend, participants will be fully refunded.
Refund Policy:
80% of booking fee refundable up to January 31st
50% of booking fee refundable up to to Feb 15th
No refund after that date, however your ticket can be transferred to another person, we will make every effort to assist in finding a replacement. Should government instructed self isolation prevent you from attending a full refund will be available.
If the event is not able to go ahead owing to extreme weather conditions or Covid lockdown, alternative dates will be offered , but should they not suit you, booking fees will be refunded in full.
